We are a modern, forward-thinking practice with traditional values of continuity and patient-centred care. We have 9 doctors and an experienced nursing team, each with a variety of additional interests and skills. We pride ourselves in providing high standards of medical care to all our patients and we are constantly working to improve the services available to patients through innovation and collaboration. You can find out more about our team here.
From our large purpose-built medical centre in Wellesbourne and our recently-renovated branch surgery in Kineton, we are able to provide many additional services that would otherwise not be available to our local populations. We work with a wide variety of partners across the region so that our patients have access to some of the best care that the NHS can provide.
Despite rapidly changing pressures on the NHS, we will always do our best to provide continuity of care when it matters. Wherever possible, we try to book appointments with a clinician who knows you using our 'Usual GP' system, which can be especially for patients with complex or chronic health needs. However, patients are free to see/speak to any of our clinicians at request. This approach allows our patients to benefit from both continuity of care, but also access the variety of skills and expertise amongst our doctors and nurses.
We kindly request that all patients use our online consultation (eConsult) service if they are able to. Using our online services first means that you're more likely to get the best help sooner than if you telephone or visit the practice. It also gives the doctor/nurse useful information that can help provide a better assessment of your needs and safer treatment for you. If you need to see or speak to a doctor/nurse, we will respond with arrangements for this by the end of the next working day (usually much quicker). This approach also allows patients to receive improved joined-up care, for example by directing queries towards their 'Usual GP' wherever possible. However, we also realise that online access does not suit everyone. As part of this strategy, our new approach has improved our telephone access immeasurably, so that our telephone lines and appointments are used more efficiently for those who really need to speak to us.
