Help with Referrals

If you have already discussed a referral with a doctor and have a query about the referral, you can send us your query using our Online System. When prompted, you should choose the option "Other requests for documents or paperwork".

If you think you need a new referral for a particular condition, please complete an Online Consultation to tell us about your problem. If your problem is not listed in the options, you can use the General Advice option. We will contact you to discuss your referral if appropriate, or if we require further details.
